ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING ALUMINIUM SHEET SALES, CUTTING & BENDING QUALITY CONTROL & PACKAGING

What does Anodising mean?

What is Anodising?
Anodising (electrolytic oxidation of Aluminium) is the most important surface treatment which is applied on aluminium products. It is used to increase the natural oxide layer thickness on the surface of aluminium.

Why is it necessary?
Anodising thickness provides aluminium ascendent characteristics as hardness and ability to resist corrosion. The major causes for this treatment are to protect aluminium from external effects and to increase its durability.

Procedure:
a. Degreasing, b. Rinsing, c. Etching, d. Rinsing, e. Anodising, f. Rinsing, g. Dyeing, h. Rinsing, i. Sealing

Electrolytically Dyeing:
Decorative or technically used dyeing of anodic oxide layers

Sealing:
This method is applied to inhibit the emplacement of corrosion supporting materials and to close pores.
